BUDAPEST

Budapest is one of my favorite cities in Europe and in fall  and winter it always feels especially atmospheric, with soft light, muted colours and a slower pace throughout the city. Most of the photos from past trips focus on architecture and urban details: historic facades, tram lines and streets.

Several of the images were photographed on analog film, which naturally complemented the textures and tones of the city. The combination of faded buildings, fall colours and overcast skies gave many places a quiet and cinematic feel.
