WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Western Australia felt like a constant change of landscapes – from red desert soil to white and turquoise coastlines and even mountainous regions in between. The sense of scale and openness was almost impossible to grasp for someone like me, who is from a small country like Austria.
Wildlife is present everywhere, both in and out of the water and the national parks are unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Oh, and the sunsets... don't get me started.
